Specialization: Pat specializes in representing his clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Portland, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, Tigard, Sherwood, Wilsonville, West Linn & Beaverton. He keeps current on all transactions in these areas.

Personal: Pat is an Oregon native having been raised in Coos Bay. His youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics. Current hobbies of his include spending time with the family, traveling, golf & fly fishing

A native Oregonian, Matt has been actively working with Buyers and Sellers in the Portland Metro area since 1997. A graduate of Hillsboro High School, Matt continued on to Brown University where he earned a degree in Organizational Behavior Management in 1997. Specializing in investment properties Matt is experienced in building, remodeling homes and property management. Matt prides himself on honesty and hard work. In his spare time Matt enjoys mountain biking, rafting, running, traveling and spending time with his family.
